THAT network received funding from THAMES and in spring 2016 to run four workshops open to all artist teachers from Tower Hamlets schools.
They joined the skills-based workshops delivered by professionals and aimed at exploration and experimentation of more specialised disciplines. Giving our artist teachers new skills and confidence to try experimental processes and techniques to inform their practices. We offered Combination Printmaking, Working with 3D materials (wire and willow), Experimental Textiles and Cyanotypes.
Our programme took place at St Paul’s Way Trust School and Bishop Challoner Catholic Federation of Schools.
